Yes, we’ll talk… starting with what’s bothering you most. As we delve deeper, we’ll start talking about what you’d like to get out of therapy.

I’ll develop a treatment plan especially for you, the first goal of which will be reducing your symptoms to give you relief. I’ll teach you new coping skills early on so you can start practicing them. You’ll find them very helpful for managing anxiety and stress.

Along the way, I’ll make sure you feel safe… and with gentle guidance, you’ll start releasing emotional pain.

Working through what you’ve been holding inside can stir many emotions and tears. It’s all part of the healing process. I’ll be right next to you to embrace everything that comes to the surface: sadness, anger, shame, guilt, and every other emotion you experience.

Before processing past traumas, I’ll show you self-calming and self-soothing resources and exercises to manage your emotions and comfort yourself when difficult things arise.

I also have special techniques like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to eliminate negative self-talk and release unresolved emotions trapped in your mind and body.

I know this can be difficult and emotional, but I’ll make sure you feel completely supported, and we’ll go at your pace.

About Me

AdminHelping and healing is my mission.

As long as I can remember, I’ve tried to put myself in others’ shoes. I’ve always wanted to know what’s behind their words and actions. So, it was only natural that I became a therapist!

I’ve also had my ups and downs where the gentle guidance of a caring professional helped me find my strength – even at my lowest moments.

In a sense, I get to “pay it back” and “pay it forward” by helping others escape dark places of pain, shame, and loneliness.

My professional background.

I got my master’s degree in counseling from South New Hampshire University, where I graduated with a distinguished scholar award for the highest GPA in the program.

When it comes to therapy, I’m always learning. I’m now certified as an EMDR therapist and have extensive training in EFT.

In my free time…

I am passionate about traveling and learning about other cultures. As a bilingual therapist, I provide services to Russian and Ukrainian populations, both of which have been rocked by crisis and trauma.

Of course, I enjoy spending time with my family, children, and friends.

I’m also a writer. I write poetry in Russian, and I just completed my first children’s chapter book in English. I hope it’ll be published soon!
